Can I use Doorkeep for marketing or tenant promotions?

Doorkeep is built for day to day property management usage and not designed for SMS mass marketing, promotions or campaigns. Customers can use the phone number to respond to incoming sales questions but mass marketing or referral promotion is not allowed.

How does adding and removing users on my account work?

You can add and remove users from your account at any time. Any user's activity, comments, messages, etc will remain on your account and will not be removed even if you remove the user. If you have any questions about how to do this, contact support.

Is there an app that my tenants need to download or a portal for them to sign up on?

No, there is no app or portal for tenants to sign up on. Tenants can simply text your Doorkeep phone number to communicate with you.
