Every digest now says who Doorkeep is ringing.
You handed the after-hours calls to your maintenance tech for the weekend. Monday morning, you should not have to open the app to remember who has them.
Your daily digest and weekly summary now include one line: who Doorkeep is ringing right now. On Starter, where one person holds the seat, it also shows the date they took it over. On Pro, it names the list and who rings first.
The digest says who is on call. "On call now: Marco Diaz (since Oct 24)." If nobody on the list can be reached, the line says that instead, so a gap shows up in your inbox before it shows up on a call.
Take it back from the email. When someone else holds the seat, your copy of the digest carries a Take it back link. Confirm on the next screen and Doorkeep rings you instead. Only the account owner sees the link.
Old links stop working. A take-back link is good for a week, and only while the person it names still holds the seat. If the seat has already changed hands, the link says so and points you to your call list.
The new holder gets a heads up. When you hand the seat to someone, Doorkeep texts them once: "You're now on call for Pinnacle Property Management. Doorkeep will ring you for urgent tenant calls." No text goes out when you take the calls yourself.
The on-call line is live for every account. Take it back and the handoff text apply to Starter, where one person holds the seat.
