When you call your property's Doorkeep AI assistant and verbally request that information be sent to you via text message, you provide express consent to receive that specific SMS at the phone number you are calling from.
When you speak with Doorkeep's AI assistant by phone and ask to receive information via text message, you consent to receive that SMS at the phone number you are calling from.
Each text message request during a call constitutes a separate, individual opt-in for that specific message.
Messages are only sent when you explicitly request them during a phone conversation. There are no automatic or recurring messages.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Doorkeep does not charge for SMS messages.
To stop receiving messages: Reply STOP to any message from Doorkeep.
For assistance: Reply HELP to any message or contact your property management office.
Your phone number and message content are handled according to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
SMS messages are delivered via Twilio's toll-free messaging service and are supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others.
